Birth year unclear - is listed between his sister, Jemima (born about 1712), and his brother, Joshua (born 1716). Monmouth died before 1768. He married Jemima JUNE about 1737. She later remarried a Capt. David WATERBURY. Distribution of his estate was ordered, 5 Apr 1768, to his widow Jemima and the following children: Thomas, Benjamin, Michael, Murmouth, William, Elizabeth, Jemima, Tamar and Abigail.

His legal representatives named in the distribution of the estate of his brother, Jonathan, in 1791 were: Michael LOUNSBERRY, Monmouth LOUNSBERRY, Elizabeth WATERBURY, Jemima WARING and Abigail PALMER.

Tamar and Abigail LOUNSBERRY, children of Jemima, widow of Ensign Monmouth Lounsberry, now the wife of Capt. David Waterbury, were baptized at the First Congregational Church of Stamford, 22 Oct 1769.
