She also leaves the following sisters and brothers. Mrs. J. Ross Bloom, of this place; Harris Hoover of Carnegie, Pennsylvania; Lewis Hoover of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, and Mrs. Teresa Hemphill, of LaCrosse Wisconsin. She was also a sister of the late Zenas Hoover and Allen Hoover of Lumber City.

On move to McKean County, she united with the M.E. [Methodist Episcopal] church and although an invalid for 12 years, she remained faithful to her God, and her end was peace.

The funeral took place on Tuesday last from the Baptist church, Rev. B.S. Dise* of the Lutheran church preaching the sermon from Psalm 127:2. “For so be giveth his beloved sleep.” Interment took place in McClue’s [McClure?] cemetery.
