**************************

Aunt Eunice had a beautiful head of red hair and was full of fun. She and my mother, Mildred, were very close and often got into mischief together. Aunt Eunice was a great cook and her little restaurant was a popular lunch spot for the local railroad shops. My absolute favorite was her hamburgers that simmered all day in her special tomato sauce. I still love them to this day, but I have to make them myself. They're good, but nobody could make them like Aunt Eunice.
