Misc. Notes
A ... check of the 1790 census found a Casper Hoopengerner [sic] right next door to Steven Mowen, Mary's oldest brother....
I believe ... [Casper and Mary] could not have married until after 1787 when [Mary’s] father died and she is single in the will. ... on the 1790 [census?] Casper had a child, so they married sometime in between then, probably in Franklin county, PA.
