Misc. Notes
"Woody" appears to have been named for President Wilson [who was elected the same day Woody was born].* He married Irene Bittner and was the father of Ruth Ann. Moving from Meyersdale to Carnegie PA, he was employed by a water company.
After retirement he moved to Hanford, California. His grandson Randy Hook also lived with them. Most of his brothers and sisters visited with him at his home. His niece Karen remembers one time when he visited , he got lost and spent hours riding around Pittsburgh accumulating many, many miles on his limited mileage rental car. Actually he used most of them up. Even though it wasn't funny at the time, he laughed about it later. He had a good sense of humor.
