Misc. Notes
According to the Hugh & Jane Boyd Caldwell history I got from the HistSoc, the only children who lived past childhood were; daughters; Elizabeth born 1812, Anna 1813, Jane 1814, Mary, 1815,
Margery 1817, Harriet 1837; and sons; Isaac 1819, Bishop 1826, Reuben 1828, James R., 1835.
684Note: This is six daughters and four sons of the twenty children in all that mother Mary Bloom Caldwell reportedly had.

Misc. Notes
NOTE: General source identifies John’s first wife as Marjory Scott Caldwell, born 29 Apr 1879 in Martic, Lancaster, PA and the daughter of Matthew and Mary Bloom Caldwell. The similarities to Marjory Caldwell stops there as the general source indicates Marjory died 18 March 1856 and is buried in Bloomington Cemetery.
It should also be noted that the headstone of Margery appears to indicate she was 38 years old when she died. I'm not convinced the death date, nor the burial place, I have on Marjory Scott Caldwell (1799-1875] is accurate, and require further clarification to resolve these inconsistencies.
Note too, her headstone in the photo appears to have been chalked in order to make it more readable.
